He was born in Diyarbakır/Turkey 1962 and also completed his education here .His first cartoon was published in the comic magazine Yeni Asır (Gıcık) He also drew for famous magazines and papers such as Gırgır ,Çarşaf,Limon,Taka ,Evrensel ,Homur, Kuşadası Postası,Başkent Postası,Batısöz Maydanoz, Delidolu,Cumhuriyet,Sözcü,Homur, Turkish Daily News ,İz gazete, Ergani haber, İlk ses etc. He participated in various books vingettes iprovisted cartoons on live TV Turkish Television TRT 1 Chanels 1997/2002 Lutfu Cakin has been drawing carıcatures of tourist in KUŞADASI /TURKEY for 25 years Artist Received a total of 24 Awards from some domestic and internatıonal cartoon competitions http://www.karikaturistik.com/
