The Tears of Mahmoud Abbas
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said to be furious after the United States withdraws financial assistance of more than $200 million originally intended for the Palestinian Authority.
The U.S has previously said that the Authority is made up of "gangsters who glorify terrorists while corruptly diverting aid money and donations for their own personal benefit".
The U.S said that the funding would instead be redirected to aid agencies to channel food, health care and education services directly to the Palestinian people.
