Before the war in Ukraine, Putin was ALREADY a dictator, holding Russia in a grip of poverty and corruption. The bear "Misha", former mascot of 1980 Olympic games in Moscow, here represents most Russian People. Putin is holding high his Golden Toilet brush- he really owns one, with a shameless display of wealth.
Nowadays, after Putin started the war in Ukraine, all the western politicians label him as crazy, even call "Communist"; but until yesterday most of them (especially Right-Wing politicians) called him a "friend" and a "great statist". Remember that.
