It is a drawing that was published in Siné Mensuel. We haven't seen this combination either. But hey, it's possible that it exists :).

Good one and clever concept! I've seen the 'one day, this will all be yours' and the melting ice used in other cartoons, but I don't think I've seen this combination.

Not just igloos but normal homes are becoming impossible for the average person to afford. Opportunities of ownership melt faster than the oceans.
