Ah yes, sorry Predrag, I misunderstood you the other day on my other cartoon, I've been a bit irritated and overreacted thinking you were criticizing my friend but you were not.
The decision to ban someone is ultimately up to the editor but I think the non-cartoonists (sometimes I suspect some of them may be pseudonyms of colleagues) leaving snide, self-opinionated comments simply because they disagree with the cartoonist should have been banned (long ago) instead of our friend NEMO.
