Eaten Fish
On the 24th of September CRNI will give its annual Courage in Editorial Cartooning Award to Eaten Fish, the Iranian national whose cartoons detail his experiences as a detainee at the Manus Island Regional Processing Centre in Papua New Guinea, used by the Australian government to hold refugees who attempt entry by boat.
