Blue Helmets attacked by Israel
Israel faces a wave of outrage from the international community after its forces attacked UN peacekeepers in Lebanon for a second day in a row and the Lebanese prime minister called for an "immediate" ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah.
The UN force deployed between Lebanon and Israel, the UNIFIL, reported on Friday that two Sri Lankan peacekeepers were wounded near the border with Israel, after two Indonesian troops were wounded on Thursday in an attack that generated international condemnation.
The attack against the UN forces generated harsh reactions and on Thursday the White House expressed its "deep concern", Italy even mentioned the possibility of classifying the incidents as "war crimes" and on Friday France summoned the Israeli ambassador
