Manus Island Processing Centre in PNG is hell on earth for the refugees interred there.
Self-harm and suicide attempts are common on Manus.
For one of the refugees, Iranian cartoonist Eaten Fish, mental health issues are making life even more difficult and the word is that in his fragile state he is in danger of taking his own life to escape the nightmare.
