The Art Project, Palestine The Art Project, Palestine will be taking time to create and to study the local Palestinian art through the lens of "Art as a Voice for Peace and Justice"

I have been given the opportunity to travel to Palestine. I will be staying until February 5th living in the West Bank. I will be using the time to do art and to study the local art through the lens of "Art as a Voice for Peace and Justice". I will also be taking the time to reach out to the children and youth of Palestine, and encourage the use of art to build self-esteem, encourage creativity, and to empower hope with in them.

I will be visiting several schools and community centers in Palestine and with the poverty and living conditions of the West Bank, art supplies are scarce and unavailable too most of the children and youth. This is where I could use your help. I will be purchasing and leaving art supplies for the families, schools and community centers so they can continue to use art as a connection to the Creator.
