Bio
Reza is an Iranian cartoonist and sculptor, born in 1990, with over eight years of professional experience in the world of caricature and illustration. His works, combining sharp satire and compelling narratives, often focus on topics such as the policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran, women's rights, freedom of expression, and the internet.
In addition to creating cartoons, Reza is also active in the field of sculpture, drawing inspiration from his earlier experience in jewelry making. He uses this background to craft three-dimensional works that complement his artistic vision. His goal is to merge these two art forms to tell deeper and more impactful stories.
Currently, Reza is completing and preparing a collection of illustrations inspired by Omar Khayyam's Rubaiyat, which will soon be ready for publication. This project is a tribute to Khayyam and an effort to connect the art of caricature with the rich tradition of Persian classical literature.
