Assef Khozondar is a Palestinian cartoonist born in Iraq in April 1986. He graduated from the College of Engineering in Egypt and later moved to his hometown in Palestine.

He has worked in the field of culture and has had numerous works published in Al-Jazeera Net, Dunya Al-Watan, Maktoob, Palestinians of Iraq, Al-Zaytouna News Agency, Sawt Al-Hurriya Radio, Hanthala News Network, Africa News Portal, Al-Shaab Al-Jadeed newspaper, and Al-Ayoun newspaper.

He has participated in several international and local competitions and exhibitions, including:
