Bas & Farhad BAFA

This is us: Bas van der Schot and Farhad Foroutanian. One from Holland and another one from Iran. Since 2009 we make cartoons together under the name BAFA. Sometimes it is just fun to do, but most of the time it feels like a mission to work together, making something new, mixing our minds, our cultures and our fantasies to cartoonize some idea. It can be anything: something political, philosophical or just something funny or even poetic.
