Jan-Erik Ander (JEANDER) has served as a freelance cartoonist and journalist for a great number of Swedish newspapers. He is specialized in drawing political cartoons and caricatures. Jan-Erik has published five books with political cartoons.

He is president of the Swedish Verbovisual Academy holds a post graduate degree in graphic design from the Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design.
