Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, speaking at the meeting of the Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights, issued a threat to Latvia.
"I don't think that happiness comes to those who lead such a policy. I don't know how many there are now, but in my opinion, around 40% were Russians in Latvia. It is probably not a small number even now. If they continue such a policy against people who wanted to live in that country, work, bring some benefit to this country, but they will be treated so badly, then in the end they themselves will face the same badness," Putin said.
