There is no evidence that Haitians or any immigrant group is stealing and eating cats or any other pet in Springfield or in any other city. Hunting wild animals is a different matter. I have friends who hunt and fish. In rural areas, people might hunt wild squirrels and rabbits. Depending on the state, hunting wild birds is legal as long as the bird isn't a species protected under federal law.
