Ha, ha, ha dear NEMØ , you have a good sense of smell. I wrote the lyrics for the rock song of the rock band "Amajlija" (Amulet), published on four LP records for two ( out of three ) largest record publishers in the former Yugoslavia. I also did 14 covers for LPs and cassettes, for various rock bands. If you type my name into Google, this information will be among the first to appear.
Are you a musician? I see you refer to the Ramones here, and you seem to refer to music here and there.

I wanted to add that the misunderstanding was due to the black and white cupid. White cupids are just cupids, nice guys ... and black ones I invented and do not exist in the spiritual hierarchy, as adequate symmetrical servants of evil forces and masters.

Cupids are just cupids, nice guys, who "hunt" free souls for their good masters Angels, in order to do good deeds.
Other numerous "hunters", or "spirits", are not shown in this drawing for the artistic reasons already mentioned. Here are shown, symbolically, two sides, "Evil" and "Good", with their, in my opinion, representatives. There are many more of both, but showing all of them would lead to a different kind of visual art and does not fit into the essence of cartoon drawing.

in this material world, neither the forces of good nor the forces of evil can do anything without the conscious consent of man. I say "conscious" on purpose, because all living beings (and even "inanimate") have some kind of soul, but they do not have the consciousness necessary to understand their position in the world and the possibility of its meaningful change.
What is depending on "hunters", there are many more of them, but because of the aesthetic, compositional and other artistic principles, I decided on these two guys, who are, to me personally, much nicer than the others!
I love the title,
I suppose I get the idea of the communist threat but I'm not sure i get the whole idea, I'm a bit confused between the Valentine's day imagery and the Bible reference.
