Carter has a middle rating in most polls, which isn't that bad, but I think that Biden will do better than Carter for 1/ being the first president with a perfect record of job gains every month, 2/ completing the infrastructure deal, which Trump promised but never delivered, and which will bear fruit for years along with the CHIPS Act, 3/ allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices, which both Obama and Trump promised but never delivered, 4/ no major scandals within his administration, and 5/ although it was messy and had interference from Trump, leaving Iraq and negotiating the end of the Israel/Hamas war.
I predict he will be viewed similarly to Jimmy Carter.
