death of mother at birth: could this be prevented?

i want to show people that in europe the care for a pregnant woman is much better then in a third world country like india. although india's economy is growing rapidly, there are still to many pregnant women there that don't get the prenatal care that they should have. could some cartoonist please make a drawing of this sketch.
