Civil War between Military Army and Ethnic Army continue in Kachin Province and Shan Province in Myanmar. The war resulted in the deaths of thousands and displacement of civilians. This cartoon presents A Child who is dying of receiving Crutches rather than Toy which every children would be very much happy to receive as a gift. Why???
