Looks like Mr. Speaker really doesn't have any friends to help him save his beloved job ... the thing he always wanted. THE GUY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.... both parties saw and experienced it. He made impossible promises to both sides to get votes, or bide time....... McCarthy didn't put up so nobody lifted a finger to save his job. ALL Democrats and 8 Republicans moved to vacate his speakership.... that was more than needed. McCarthy says he won't try again. Will his smarmy smile head into the sunset?? ...... HELL NO.... the dude likes power too much..... STAY TUNED.
