DEI = organizational frameworks which seek to promote the fair treatment & participation of ALL people, particularly groups who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination on the basis of identity or disability. What the Xtreme Court did by ending Affirmative Action in universities…lily-white-trump is doing in the Government and beyond. His unspoken but understood rationale = DEI hires are lesser in capabilities.. cause they're ah, black or female.. HOW INSULTING but not surprising.
