Why does Musk obey the laws of other countries and in Brazil he wants to call the shots? Just because your candidate lost the elections and is ineligible?

Brazil is not under censorship.

Musk confuses freedom of expression with a non-existent freedom of aggression, deliberately confuses censorship with the constitutional prohibition of hate speech and incitement to anti-democratic acts.

In Brazil, the law does not allow incitement to hatred, incitement to crimes or incitement to coups d'état. Why do Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, among others, follow Brazilian legislation and Elon Musk's X does not accept to follow?
