The people's ultimatum
Former presidential candidate Svitlana Tihanovskaya said that the participants of the protests against Alyaksandr Lukashenka are giving him a so – called people's ultimatum-with a deadline of October 25. The regime has 13 days to fulfill three mandatory requirements:
1. Lukashenka must announce his departure.
2. Violence on the streets has to stop completely.
3. All political prisoners should be released.
