White Cards

Previously temporary identity cards (so called 'white cards') where given to stateless ethnic minorities, like the Rohingya, that allowed them to vote. Recently these white cards expired, effectively blocking their right to vote. The military and government let their 'voting right fly away'. Cartoon by Arkar.
