Trump's Presidency and Vulnerable Minority Groups

Trump's first executive actions shows that his Presidency will focus on attacking vulnerable minority communities like the transgender community, the immigrant community and the African American and Latino communities who benefited from DEI programs.

Because Trump targeted Muslims during his first term, I have a feeling that Muslim Americans will eventually be targeted during his second term. As the voices of those who support Palestinian rights are being silenced in college campuses and political discourse, I predict that this will eventually rebound on the Muslim American community, where there is a lot of concern about Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.

Since many of the White Nationalist groups who support Trump are antisemitic, I have a bad feeling that Jewish Americans will see a rise in discrimination and harassment. Many Jewish Americans are liberal and disagree with the right wing policies of Benjamin Netanyahu, who has a close alliance with Trump. Trump focuses on antisemitism on the Left, but he ignores antisemitism on the Right. This empowers right wing White Nationalist groups, knowing that Trump will defend them as he did in 2017 during the Charlottesville White Nationalist rallies.

As some of the wealthiest business people, like Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jeff Bezos, are currying favor with Trump, I'm guessing that Trump will eventually betray the working class Whites who support Trump. The economic interests of these wealthy individuals are diametrically opposed to the interests of the working class. The power that Elon Musk has been given to cut government spending means that many of the social programs that benefit the working class will be cut to the bone.
