Spill? What Spill?

I was caught flat-footed by the Boston bombing, in the middle of finishing this, but I hate leaving a piece half-done, so...Early this month the US media's top story was anything but the oil spill in Arkansas from a rupture in Exxon's tar sands pipeline. The even bigger story is how Exxon blocked media from the scene, and US media reaction to Exxon's behavior -- to simply slink back to its glitzy studios to continue whining about the sequester, pimping the phony Korean war threat, and cheer itself hoarse for gay marriage (MSNBC, I'm looking at you). http://sinkers.org/stage/?p=1285
