The Magic Wheelchair
In the Philippines, whenever a government official is called upon to a hearing for some blunder that they're a part of, they miraculously gets medically incapable. The Wheelchair has become a meme in my country, along with neck braces and medical certificates, as a way for politicians in dodging important hearings. This is a symptom of a clearly broken justice system where only the powerful and wealthy can get special treatment.
