How responsible is referee for Neymar injury?
The 22-year-old Brazilian star Neymar has been ruled out of World Cup due to a fractured vertebra. Of course, Colombian player Zúñiga is the main responsible, but the match referee, Carlos Velasco Carballo of Spain, has also come under heavy criticism for not offering Neymar more protection. In fact, he didn't give out any cards despite the 54 fouls committed by both teams since the beginning of the match.
