An article in a recent issue of the ISIS propaganda magazine "Dabiq" outlined a plan by the terrorist masterminds to fulfill a prophecy which centres on establishing a Caliphate in Rome and involves wiping out all infidels and removing all traces of European culture "as one shakes a sheet", replacing it with.... a "sheet of holiness".
