Elections are held in Burma (Myanmar) today, the first to be held there since 1990. Since 2010, the military regime has freed poltical prisoners and lifted media restrictions, but in today's election only a fraction of seats are up for grabs and the military-backed party will still dominate. Are these elections the beginning of the end for the military regime?
